A Linc in Time

Documentary on the life of the Honorable Lincoln Alexander

In the era of boosted confidence and pride during America's civil rights movement, Lincoln MacCauley Alexander too experienced great triumphs north of the boarder and made Canadian history. Heralded are his significant roles as the first black Member of Parliament in Canada and the first black Lieutenant Governor of Ontario. Not known by many though are the extraordinary personal circumstances that make him the great man he is today.

The documentary, A LINC IN TIME is the revealing portrait of Alexander, whose friends and colleagues endearingly know him as 'Linc'. The surprising, funny, often heartbreaking but always inspiring account of his childhood, loves of his life, successes and tragedies are all shared by the Honourable Alexander himself, in his own words.
